Cancellation Policy
- If you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
- No cancellation or changes are allowed after departure.
- Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
- Up to 60 days before departure: 25%
- 59-46 days before departure: 50%
- 45-31 days before departure: 75%
- 30 days before departure: 100%
- Surcharges on Christmas and New Year period. Few destinations which overrule the below policy and come under 100% cancellation.
- The price of your holiday has been quoted in both USD/SGD and INR. Since these prices are subject to currency fluctuations – the higher of the two will be charged at the time of complete payment for your booking.
- We urge our esteemed customers to make the complete payment at the time of booking to avoid any charges arising out of fluctuations.
- In case of part payments, Xplore Raahein Travels reserves all rights to charge the higher value applicable as per the quote, till the time final payment does come in.
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case full and final payment is not made at the time of booking and later USD / SGD rate fluctuates. To avoid such situations, please make full and final payment at the time of booking.
- As per RBI Guidelines, for any international booking being made Xplore Raahein Travels will need a copy of the passport of all the passengers travelling to the destination.
- We strongly recommend customers purchase travel insurance that covers the risks associated with travelling to a foreign country such as emergency medical assistance and hospitalization as well as cancellations coverage and lost baggage. Consult with your Travel Agent for the plan best suited to your needs.
- During the period of travelling, any loss or damage caused to the customer shall be the sole responsibility of the customer only in case the insurance is not done. In case the insurance is done then Insurance company is solely responsible for any such loss. Xplore Raahein Travels shall NOT be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the customer while travelling even if Xplore Raahein Travels has been instrumental in providing insurance to the customer through the insurance company.
- In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by Xplore Raahein Travels Pen and the matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Pen Courts only.
- All tour packages are subject to various charges, such as destination hotel taxes and service charges, port taxes on cruises, local government taxes, handling charges as well as on packages inclusive of airfare, airport taxes, security fees and departure tax. All such charges, as known at the time of printing, are included in a Xplore Raahein Travels package price. However, such charges are subject to change and unless a holiday package is fully paid any increase will be paid by the passenger.
- At the hotels, check-in time is 1400 hours and check out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in/late check out is subject to availability of a room.
- All our packages are based on night basis and the last day is for check out which will be as per the hotel policy. We will not be responsible for any extension of stay in the hotel unless explicitly approved in writing by Xplore Raahein Travels.

Day 1 - Kuta: Arrival and candle light dinner
Get ready to enjoy a trip most romantic in Bali
Arrive at the Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, where you will be met by a representative of your chosen travel agent. You will be transferred to your hotel in Kuta, where you check in and can relax for a while. You have the rest of the day at leisure, so you can go ahead and explore the area around your hotel. Spend some time at the beach, or take a look at the local markets as per such Bali honeymoon packages.
Towards the evening, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets of your lives with your beloved, along with a romantic candle light dinner right on the beach. The perfect setting for a perfectly romantic date. Return to the hotel and enjoy a relaxing night.
Day 2 - Kuta: Excursion to Kintamani Volcano and nearby sightseeing
Some of the most intriguing attractions of Bali await your arrival
Today you get to discover the unique cultural heritage of Bali, along with enjoying the scenic beauty surrounding you. After a hearty breakfast, it is time for you to leave for the full day tour, which covers Batur, a magnificent volcanic mountain standing sentinel over the town. But before that, the first stop you make would be at the Batubalan Village, which is famed for its stone sculptures and statues. After you wrap up this tour, it is time to sit back and enjoy a live performance of the Barong dance form. Local dancers perform dance shows that depict Balinese mythology, adorned with ornate costumes and backed by unique musical instruments and traditional dance moves.
Next stop would be Mas, which is a village famed for its woodcarving skills. Here, you get to understand the nuances of wood carving and take a look at the intricate work. The Goa Gajah or the Elephant Cave is next, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that boasts of detailed sculptures of mythological creatures that have been carved into the cave entrance.
After wrapping up this visit, it is time to visit the much acclaimed Kintamani, where Mount Batur, one of Asia’s few active volcanic sites, awaits your exploration. Make a short stop at Ubud, which is famed as a centre for dance, fine arts and music. Last stop of the day would be Celuk Village, a place famed for its craftsmanship of gold and silver ornaments. Stock up on a few souvenirs, for your beloved, to take back home on day 2 of your Bali Indonesia package tour.
Return to your hotel for the night.
Day 3 - Kuta: Dolphin tour
Enjoy a day spent frolicking with the adorable dolphins
Today early morning, it is time to leave for a most delightful tour as per your Bali itinerary 7 days. First stop today would be the Lovina Beach, a famed dolphin habitat. You will be picked up at around 3:30 am, and taken on a traditional outrigger boat that will take you as close as possible to the dolphins for an amazing experience and the perfect photo ops.
After wrapping up the day, it is time to enjoy a beautiful Balinese sunrise, on your way back to Kuta. Cover places such as the high and mighty Gitgit Waterfalls, the Twin Lake View, Ulundanu Beratan Temple, Taman Ayun Temple and Tanah Lot Temple.
Towards the evening, you are scheduled to enjoy a relaxing two hour spa session, which is sure to make both of you feel on top of the world. The perfect start to another relaxing night spent at your hotel in Kuta.
Day 4 - Kuta: Day at leisure with your better half

Today, you get to while the hours away lazing around the hotel, or visiting the local markets and exploring the nearby area. As per this Bali 7 days package, you have the day at leisure. You can opt to explore the indoor attractions of the hotel itself, or spend the day under the sun at the beach. Return to the hotel for the night.
Day 5 - Ubud: Arrival and watersports

After a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Kuta, it is time to leave for a half day tour of South Bali including Nusa Dua. On arrival at Nusa Dua, you can dive right into the adventurous world of water sports. Three watersports activities are included in your package, so you can enjoy Jet Skiing, Parasailing and a ride on a Banana boat with your sweetheart, as per your 7 days in Bali itinerary. After an exhilarating time spent at the beach, you can opt to enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant at an extra cost.
The package also takes you for a small shopping spree, for stocking up on souvenirs to take back home. The market is perfect for picking up junk jewelry, funky pieces of clothing and some handicrafts.
After lunch and shopping, you will be taken to check in at your very own private Pool Villa. You can also visit Ulluwatu Temple, which is close by for a spiritual experience. Spend the night at the hotel.
Optional: You can opt for a show of Kecak and Fire Dance at extra cost.
Day 6 - Ubud: A day at leisure
What could be better that your private pool villa for a relaxed stay
You have the entire day at your disposal today, as per your Bali island honeymoon package. Plan to avail the options tours to the famed clubs and bars of Bali, or enjoy your time at the beach with your better half. Or you could opt to visit the markets for some last minute shopping. Laze around at your private pool, and order in some room service towards the evening, as a precursor to a night of complete and utter relaxation. Enjoy your last night in Bali to the fullest.
Day 7 - Ubud: Departure
Time to bid farewell to your honeymoon in Bali
Since this is your last morning in Bali, check out in the morning and spend some time exploring the local markets on the last day of your 7 day Bali holiday packages. After this you can head on to the airport for catching your flight back home, with memories to last a life time.
